B. SALE PRICES AND BILLING

The prices of the products displayed on the site are expressed in € (Euro) including VAT. and any other taxes, containers and packaging. Shipping costs are not included. D. SHIPMENTS

The user can indicate an alternative shipping address to the billing address and specify if it is a gift box.

E. TRANSPORT COSTS

F. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n. 206)

G. APPLIED LAW

These Conditions of Sale and the purchase and sale contracts finalized through the website www.messorivini1950.shop, are governed by Italian law in view of the EEC directives (Legislative Decree 6/09/2005 n.206 Consumer Code – Legislative Decree 9/04 / 2003 n.70 – subsequent amendments and additions).
